At Up North Bodyworks I look forward to getting to know you and the needs you have.  I take massage very seriously and feel that each person is different so each massage is also different.  Massage should be very beneficial for each person. 

I offer relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, kinesio taping, pregnancy massage, fertility and abdominal massage, and  infant massage.
